Cycle Counters play a vital role in ensuring our physical inventory matches the computer database by conducting hands-on inventory counts three times a year. When discrepancies arise, they investigate and resolve the differences to maintain accurate inventory records.

Monitor warehouse inventory levels to ensure accuracy

Perform regular cycle counts to verify physical inventory matches system records

Conduct scheduled cycle counts throughout the year to maintain inventory accuracy

Research and document inventory discrepancies using available resources

Identify root causes of inventory errors and reconcile discrepancies

Report any overages, shortages, or damaged products to supervisors

Picking Associate


A Picking Associate navigates throughout the warehouse to pick up items on a customer's order and prepare them for shipment.

Picking Associate

Responsibilities

Fill customer orders and deliver them to the dock area following company standards for safety, security, and productivity

Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product are loaded and shipped

Ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled, working with the Picking Supervisor and/or Stock Checker as needed

Sort and organize merchandise while picking orders to assist the Dock Team in preparing shipments

Wire Room Associate


Wire Room Associates spin electrical wires and cables onto wiring reels and cut the wire or cable according to a customer's specified lengths.

Quality Control Associate


Warehouse Quality Control Associates, or QC associates, audit outgoing orders to ensure the correct products and their correct quantities were picked and report any discrepancies. Once the order is correct, they then stage the materials for shipping.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the Branch by ensuring all orders are picked accurately

Use the Ship Ticket Audit software to audit each order for accuracy

Prepare audited orders for shipment by properly organizing pallets or boxes to prevent damage and ease customer receiving

Ensure all corresponding labels are present, including customer labels, QC labels, mixed carton labels, and others as needed

Stage completed orders in the correct staging area to ensure on-time delivery

Follow company guidelines for safety, organization, and quality control throughout the shipping process
