Whether you're looking to move up within Elliott Electric Supply or seeking to strengthen your leadership capabilities, the LDP provides the tools and knowledge necessary for professional growth and success.

The Leadership Development Program is an all-encompassing program that teaches all aspects of Elliott Electric Supply. This program has you begin in the warehouse, where you learn every position at our Regional Distribution Center. After learning all of the skills in the warehouse, we train you on counter sales, inside sales, and outside sales. The goal of this program is for us to continue to produce Managers and Sales teams so we can increase our sales in existing markets and train Managers for new locations and branches that we are planning for in the future.

Branch Store Manager


A store manager oversees the daily operations of a branch location and warehouse, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise all aspects of storeroom operations, including ordering, receiving, processing, recording, and distributing supplies and materials

Prepare and maintain detailed records and files related to inventory and operations

Support daily branch operations by managing the warehouse in alignment with the company's mission, culture, and corporate objectives

Maintain efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations

Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures to ensure smooth workflow and compliance
