Ensure all electrical specifications and drawings are accurately interpreted and met for each project

Strive to secure the highest percentage of available market work for the company

Review manufacturer project details and costs to confirm alignment with project requirements

Oversee smooth project transition from Estimator to Project Manager upon job award

Collaborate with Store Managers and Salesmen to develop project-based business opportunities

Negotiate with Salesmen, Customers, and Vendors to secure project wins for the company

Handle escalations as needed, resolving issues while upholding company policies and procedures

Review and approve pricing quotations to ensure they are consistent, competitive, and profitable

Follow up with the sales team and customers on outstanding quotations to track the status

Determine the most cost-effective product fit for each project's specifications

Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to generate more project opportunities

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and suggest appropriate solutions

A Sales Project Managers oversee and coordinate awarded projects, ensuring they meet customer requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

Provide documentation, material coordination, and support for customers and sales staff during a project

Support the overall Branch sales strategy through efficient and timely responses to internal and external customers

Establish and maintain superior customer and vendor relationships to ensure customer satisfaction

Evaluate the percentage of gross return on a project

Maintain gross margin levels established by management in the area of project quotations

Ensure products are ordered and billed accurately

Create and process change orders as requested and maintain billing on the project until closed

Address and correct complications as they are reported, including but not limited to damages, returns, shortages, etc. to maximize customer satisfaction

Ensure material is purchased with the best pricing terms from manufacturers
