Official Rules: Ready, Aim…Win!
February 1 – April 30, 2026
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO PARTICIPATE.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The "Ready, Aim…Win" Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on February 1, 2026 and ends on April 30, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:

Customers with accounts in good standing will earn a raffle ticket for each purchase of $100 or more on a single invoice made at the Counter or Will Call areas of Elliott Electric Supply’s Nashville, TN store—delivery orders are excluded.

Each ticket enters the customer into a drawing to win a Clay Shoot with Elliott Electric Supply, and there is no limit to the number of raffle tickets a customer can earn during the promotional period.

Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
PRIZES/ODDS:

One (1) Clay Shoot event hosted by Elliott Electric Supply, Inc. shall be awarded to the selected winner.

The winning participant shall have the right to designate the date of the event, subject to mutual agreement and availability, and may invite guests of their choosing to attend.

All logistical arrangements and participation are contingent upon compliance with applicable laws, safety regulations, and any additional terms and conditions as may be set forth by Elliott Electric Supply, Inc.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
The winning customer will be drawn from the pool of eligible entries at the conclusion of the promotional period.
Drawing will take place on May 5, 2026.
Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of purchase.
Elliott Electric Supply is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, or unreceived notifications.
If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
TAX REPORTING:
Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete a W-9 form.
Elliott Electric Supply, Inc. will issue a 1099-MISC at year-end to any recipient meeting this threshold.
*Winners may be subject to applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported as income.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the "Ready, Aim…Win" Promotion.
Fulfillment of customer’s chosen prize is not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to supply or other factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply’s control.
Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error.
Neither employees nor direct relatives of Elliott Electric Supply are eligible to participate.
