Official Rules: Eaton-A Current Chance to Win
April 1 – April 30, 2026
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO PARTICIPATE.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The "A Current Chance to Win" Eaton-Wring Devices Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on April 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on April 30, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
After the promotional period a total of twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will be selected – One (1) from each Host Area.
Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
Each drawing shall be conducted from among all eligible entries received throughout the duration of the promotional period, with the winners determined upon its completion.
The potential prize winners will be notified using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry.
Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason.
If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
HOW TO ENTER:
Customers with accounts in good standing that purchase $250 or more of Eaton-Wiring Devices products on a single invoice, at Elliott Electric Supply Stores’ Counters or Will Call areas during the promotional period, will earn one (1) entry into a drawing to win a Plano Guide Series 3700XL Tackle Bag w/Stows.

There are no limits to the number of entries that a customer account can earn during the promotional period.

Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the "A Current Chance to Win" Eaton-Wiring Devices Promotion.
Fulfillment of customer’s chosen prize is not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to supply or other factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply’s control.

TAX REPORTING:
Winners may be subject to applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported as income.
