**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer phone calls with a clear and friendly voice, and use the intercom to page as necessary.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently for high-volume accounts payable tasks.
- Sort and distribute mail to ensure smooth internal communication.
- Exhibit patience and professionalism while handling upset callers.
- Assist with maintaining accounts payable reports and spreadsheets.
- Assist financial officers and branch personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic clerical skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred, with required use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with 10-key data entry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Cisco phone systems are a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain reliability and dependability.
- Attention to detail, consistency, and good organizational skills a must.
- Self-motivated and proactive in handling responsibilities.
