Official Rules: Turn it Up with Elliott Electric Supply – Nashville RDC
June 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026
OPEN TO CUSTOMERS IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
Employees and immediate family members of Elliott Electric Supply are not eligible to participate.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Turn it Up with Elliott Electric Supply Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
There will be two (2) winners in total, with one (1) winner selected at the conclusion of each month. The first drawing will occur on July 1st for entries received in June; the second drawing will occur on August 3rd for entries received in July.
The two (2) winners of the Grand Prizes will receive one (1) Turtlebox Ranger Bluetooth Speaker each.

HOW TO ENTER:
Customers with accounts in good standing that purchase $100 or more from EES Will Call areas or Pick Up will earn an entry to win a Turtlebox Ranger Bluetooth Speaker. Cash Sales Excluded.
The Turn it Up with Elliott Electric Supply Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
One (1) winner will be drawn on July 1st from all eligible entries received during June, and one (1) winner will be drawn on August 3rd from all eligible entries received during July. Winners will be notified using the contact information provided upon entry.
Elliott Electric Supply is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered notifications. Any winner who fails to respond within five (5) days of notification may forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Elliott Electric Supply's discretion.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Grand Prize: Turtlebox Ranger Bluetooth Speaker ($250 + applicable taxes).
- Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Turn it Up with Elliott Electric Supply EES Promotion. Prize fulfillment is not guaranteed and may require substitution.
TAX REPORTING:
Winners may be subject to applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported as income.
