“Power the Fourth”
July 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO PARTICIPATE.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
Neither employees nor direct relatives of Elliott Electric Supply and Eaton are eligible to participate.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Power the Fourth Eaton - Crouse Hinds Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on July 31, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
After the promotional period concludes, a total of Twelve (12) Grand Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries. Each drawing will be conducted from the full pool of eligible entries received throughout the promotional period, with winners determined once the promotion has ended.
The Twelve (12) winners of the Grand Prizes will receive one (1) Biometric Smart Hand Gun Safe each.
PROMOTIONAL AREA:
Promotion available at all Elliott Electric Supply locations. Stores have been grouped into twelve (12) areas, defined below:

HOW TO ENTER:
Customers with accounts in good standing that purchase $250 or more on a single invoice from EES counter and Will Call areas will earn an entry into a drawing.
The "Power the Fourth" promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
At the end of the Promotional Period, the Grand Prize winner will be selected from all of the eligible entries received in accordance with the terms stated in the 'Power the Fourth' promotion. The potential prize winners will be notified using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry.
Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Grand Prize: Biometric Smart Hand Gun Safe (Twelve (12) total winners selected after the promotional period concludes).
- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the "Power the Fourth" Eaton Crouse-Hinds Promotion. Fulfillment of customer's chosen prize is not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to supply or other factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply's control. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error.
TAX REPORTING:
Winners may be subject to applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported as income.
