Official Rules: EAST TX | ABB “Summer Sizzle”
August 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026
MUST BE A CUSTOMER IN GOOD STANDING OF ELLIOTT ELECTRIC SUPPLY TO PARTICIPATE.
ELIGIBILITY:
OPEN TO INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
By participating, customers agree to these Official Terms. Void where prohibited.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The ABB Summer Sizzle ABB Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (CT) on August 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”).
After the promotional period concludes, a total of Seventeen (17) Grand Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries, one (1) for each participating store. Each drawing will be conducted from the full pool of eligible entries received throughout the promotional period, with winners determined once the promotion has ended.
The Seventeen (17) winners of the Grand Prizes will receive one (1) Co-branded Iceland 20-Qt Viking Cooler each.

HOW TO ENTER:
Customers with accounts in good standing that purchase $350 or more of ABB/Thomas & Betts products will earn an entry into a drawing to win a Co-branded Iceland 20-QT Viking Cooler.
The ABB Summer Sizzle promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
At the end of the Promotional Period, seventeen (17) Grand Prize winners, one (1) from each participating store, will be randomly selected from the eligible entries received during the promotional period. Potential prize winners will be notified using contact information provided at entry. Elliott Electric Supply is not responsible for lost or unreceived notifications.
Elliott Electric Supply shall not have liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES / ODDS:
Grand Prize: Co-branded Iceland 20-Qt Viking Cooler (approx. retail value $279.00 + applicable taxes).
There are seventeen (17) total prizes, one (1) for each participating store. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate The ABB Summer Sizzle Promotion. Prize fulfillment is not guaranteed and may require substitution. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error. Employees and direct relatives of Elliott Electric Supply and ABB are not eligible.
TAX REPORTING:
Winners may be subject to applicable taxes. Prizes valued at $600+ will require completion of a W-9 form and may be reported as income.
