PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The "Reeling in a Good Time" Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (CT) on September 5, 2025 and ends on September 29, 2025 (the "Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
Customers in good standing will automatically qualify for prize entry based on their total purchases made at the Jacksonville, FL Elliott Electric Supply location
during the promotional period:
- Spend $500-$1,499.99 on a single order and earn one (1) entry
- Spend $1,500-$2,499.99 on a single order and earn five (5) entries
- Spend $2,500 or more on a single order and earn seven (7) entries
Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. There are no limits to the number of entries that can be earned
over the promotional period.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:
Prize winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries. Winners will be contacted using the information provided
at the time of purchase. Elliott Electric Supply, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, or unreceived notifications.
If a selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, or if the prize is undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Chartered Fishing Trip for Four (4). Guide and tackle will be provided in the package. (Fishing trip will need to be booked before the end of October.)
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.
TAX REPORTING:
Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must complete a W-9 form. Elliott Electric Supply will issue a 1099-MISC at
year-end to any recipient meeting this threshold.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS:
Elliott Electric Supply reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the "Reeling in A Good Time"
Promotion. Fulfillment of customer's chosen prize is not guaranteed. An alternate prize may be required due to supply or other
factors beyond Elliott Electric Supply's control. Elliott Electric Supply, Inc. nor its respective agencies are responsible
for any incorrect or inaccurate information, and assume no responsibility for any error. Neither employees nor direct relatives
of Elliott Electric Supply employees are eligible to participate in the promotion.
