Job Description:

Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8am to 5pm

Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment? Elliott Electric Supply, a top 10 electrical distributor, is looking for a motivated Accounts Payable Representative to join our growing AP team.

As part of our Accounts Payable department, you’ll serve as the bridge between our branches, vendors, and financial team. Responsibilities include:

• Matching vendor invoices to purchase orders

• Investigating and resolving discrepancies or claims with vendors and branch employees

• Responding to vendor inquiries via phone and email

• Maintaining accurate AP reports and files

• Assisting with account analysis and month-end closing

• Supporting financial officers and branches as needed

Qualifications:

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, driven, and ready to dig in.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (required)

• Basic clerical/accounting skills

• Previous AP experience (a plus)

• 10-key and phone skills preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow through on issues
